THE WORLD DIABETES DAY
The World Diabetes Day on November 14 each year, was established in 1991 by the International Diabetes Federation and the World Health Organization.
In Italy it is organized since 2002 by Diabetes Italy to raise awareness and inform the public about diabetes and its prevention management.
Many events during the weekend of Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November.
Last year 400,000 people were involved in 770 events in 440 locations.
